Mike Capuano Sr. Vice President of Operations Mike joined the IEC team in 2006 as operations manager. Mike enjoys living and working in the Charlotte area and spending time with his family.

Richard O. Carruth Sr. Estimator Bringing 37 years’ experience, Ricky joined our company in 2006. He has his Master License in South Carolina and attended Presbyterian College. Ricky serves as an Elder for Neely’s Creek ARP Church in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and is also a Member of Gideon’s International.
