Frank is the Project Manager for the Rock Hill Division and the Safety Coordinator for Interstate Electric Company.  Frank offers 25 years of experience in the electrical industry of construction and has his Charlotte/Mecklenburg County Journeyman License.  Frank is a Volunteer Fireman for the Town of Pineville.




William B. Campbell

Brian began working with Interstate Electric Company in 1979 and has his Charlotte/Mecklenburg County Journeyman License. 




Andy E. Lully
Project Manager

Andy joined Interstate Electric Company in 1986.  He has his Unlimited Classification Electrical License in North Carolina.  He also has his Charlotte/Mecklenburg County Journeyman License.  Andy is a Member of Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church

Attended Presbyterian College
Ricky joined Interstate Electric Company in 2006 bringing 37 years of experience.  He has his Master License in South Carolina.  Ricky serves as an Elder for Neely’s Creek ARP Church in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He is also a Member of Gideon’s International.
